What are some ways to cook goat chops?

I've had barbecued goat and roasted goat long ago. Liked the barbecued goat but the roasted goat was gamey tasting.

FN is right it is the same a s lamb or mutton, I have made curried dishes with the shoulder, other stews to, did rack and loin chops, and roasted whole legs like lamb legs for dinners, goat is as tender as the same cuts of yearling lamb, goats just are more active animals so the meat is more mature..

It will not be gamy I would use a simple oil/herb and a bit of lemon juice marinade, no to long as the meat is dense, say 2-3 hours, a bit of garlic is nice to. Then grill, you can cook it medium to medium well that is your choice, but well done will not affect the flavour. When I worked in Jamaica, we had rack of goat on the menu of the hotel I was a Sous Chef in.

I suspect you'll need a marinade. Also the more fat in the meat, the more of the animal taste you'll get. Mutton vs. lamb for example.

Try some organic raw vegan foods. Meat gives you strength but also heart problems can arise.

place it in a pot, cover the meat with milk, let it set overnight, the fry, bake, broil, bbq, or what ever you want, game taste will be gone!

I would use it in a curry.
