Catholic seminaries and bible scholars use more than one translation. The USA readings at Masses and for other praying is from the New American Bible (Revised Edition). You can read it online at the web page of the US conference of Catholic Bishops. usccb.org .

When Catholics and Protestants are reading the bible together, the RSV is recommend. The NRSV is used for academics for Catholics.

The Douay Rheims is not used anymore. There is a new translation into Latin. Catholics in the USA don't use it for Bible Study.

Recall that Latin is the official language of the Church. Documents are officially promulgated in Latin using references from the Vulgate. Translations into English in the USA use New American Bible.

The New American Bible is the version used in all Catholic worship, at least in the USA.

You use the Bible which is used by your Diocese and Parish. Where I'm from that is the NABRE (New American Bible Revised Edition).
