Did I eat too much today?

I had a smart for life cookie for breakfast (100 calories) three pieces of turkey breast and three pieces of spiral ham with a garden salad for lunch, for dinner I am now eating homemade pea soup with pieces of left over ham in it. Is that too much? I'm trying to lose 8 pounds. I currently weigh 125lbs and I'm 5'7..

    1. If anything, you haven't eaten enough. A 100 calorie "cookie" is not breakfast. You are "breaking a fast" and need protein and complex carbs with some fiber to start your day and keep you feeling full.

    2. Have fruit and/or vegetables at every meal.

    3. At 5'7" and 125 lbs. you should not be losing any weight.

    You're fine and at a healthy weight. You honestly need to eat more.

    You're underweight, you need to increase your body weight not drop it :(
