Does laying out in the sun help with flu and bronchial symptoms?

The idea is to break up that phlegm and ickiness. Will it help? Any studies.

No. Why would laying out in the sun break up phlegm?

It's also quite bad for your skin. A tan is a signal of sun damage.

After studying myself, I have come to the conclusion that you can clear up congestion by taking a warm bath and wrapping up warmly afterwards, especially your forehead, ears and neck
