What was the worst FIFA World Cup tournament?

Based on umpiring, discipline, playing quality, reliance on penalties etc.

    2002, FIFA corruption at its best.

    Out of all the ones I have seen I would say 2010 was the worst. Lot of boring games IMO, loud annoying vuvuzelas is all you heard, the ball was complete crap (although it did lead to some sick goals), lampards disallowed goal, Suarez blocking the ball, and the final wasn't that interesting to me.
