I have at least 200 dollars worth of dlc on my playstation 3?
I'm looking to trade it in for money, will I get money for the dlc, or does the kid who buys it get free dlc.

You won't get money for the $200 worth of DLC on your Playstation 3, and the person who buys it won't get the DLC either. Once you sale the Playstation 3, it gets wiped free of everything that you put, and reset to factory settings before they re-sale it to someone new.
