How come in kh: 358/2 days you don't have to hide from people in twilight town?
In aladin's world it was said that we couldn't be seen by the locals and you have to talk the rooftop route to avoid being seen. But how come in twilight town it doesn't matter if you are seen? Most of the time twilight town people don't seem to notice you at all but when they do it doesn't matter?

Twilight Town is already a crossroads between worlds, and not locked by the world order. Aghrabah is locked, and Roxas and co don't belong there.
