If SCOTUS passes federal legislation for gay marriages, does the law apply to the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico?

Update:

Thanks for all the answers, but now I'm twice as confused. Let me change the question by removing SCOTUS: If the USA passes a law that gives the right for same sex marriages to all 50 States - what happens to territories like Guam, Puerto Rico, and US Virgin Islands? Must they abide by this law also? (It is confusing to me because in PR we even have National Holidays where banks, US Postal employees, and Federal Employees have it off also - by PR law).

I think so, at least as far as I can figure out the Supreme Court of Puerto Rico Wikipedia article. U.S. Supreme Court rulings would apply to U.S. states and territories and Supreme Court of Puerto Rico rulings can be overturned by U.S. Federal Courts if they are "manifestly wrong."

SCOTUS does not pass laws. Read the US Constitution.

The SCOTUS does not pass legislation, so no.
