What do Jehovah's Witnesses really believe about Jesus? Is he really Archangel Michael?Is he a god?

They have said 1) he is the son of God, 2) he is Michael, the angel, and 3) he is "a" god. That has me confused.

I once said that they don't believe Jesus is the Son of God and one refuted it with, "we do, too, believe Jesus is the son of God." Then she went on to explain. It seemed like a lot of double talk. It appears they don't believe Jesus is the Son of God as Christians believe. It's just something they have so that they use the same terms as Christians but they give those terms different meanings. I believe she said that Jesus became a son because of something. They don't believe that Jesus was begotten, not made, and of the same substance as the Father. How could he be if he's an angel.

I'm confused as to how Jesus can be "a" god. That would mean they're polytheists like pagans, but they say they hate pagans.

"Neither is there salvation in any other; for there is NO

OTHER NAME under heaven given among men, whereby

we must be saved." (Acts 4:12)

And that name is JESUS. It never was nor ever will be

Michael.

Just because Michael was the only archangel mentioned

in the scriptures, doesn't mean he is the only archangel.

We believe as the Bible says that Jesus sacrificed his life for all mankind and he shed his precious blood for all of our sins. Yes, Jesus was called Michael, the Archangel. He is a mighty God, but not the Almighty God as Jehovah is. Jesus is God's precious son.

In their beliefs, the Archangel Michael is Jesus, son of Jehovah...Oh, and that Michael is the only archangel.
