how to get my contacts back after factory reset samsung galaxy s4?

Update:

i thought my gmail or 1 of those apps would save my contacts like it said but nope.

    If theres no backup of the contacts, I'm afraid your stuck in a hole.

    yea you can. there are a few programs i was checking if anyone knows a free way first
