ok so the typical you reduce your food intake, then you feel something in your stomach like this hunger feeling. what is it?

You've probably gotten yourself into "starvation mode". It's where your metabolism rate is decreased, therefore it'd be more difficult to lose weight. Instead of reducing your food intake, you can just eat healthy rather than eating less. It's proven to have more benefits and you lose weight quicker because your body is getting all the nutrients it needs.
