I received an ezpass violation ticket?
But what I remember I didn't use my car that date because my car was not working and I was fixing it, and the picture that is captured by the ezpass cameras, don't show my plates or my car. When I try to call customer service they send me directly to pay the ticket, it's not that I don't want to pay, is the fact that I didn't use my car that day, I don't know what to do or where to go!? Please anybody with anything related to this ?!

Call the number on the ticket and set up a trial date. A judge will probably let you off the ticket.
I have a court date in May for a ticket on a car I don't even own. I wasn't driving in the area at the time/date the ticket was issued and there was no photo accompanying the citation. It's a slam dunk for me.
