I have no clue how this part of my question ended up as an answer . Please treat this as part of my question.
I have a 2004 Focus now and am looking to buy something a little bit higher for a retirement vehicle. A small CUV would likely be ideal. I was thinking of a Ford Escape but they look ugly to me. I finally realized today that the 2015 Escape, from the front, is frowning. And the rear is scowling. Basically, to me, from the front and back the Escape looks unhappy and maybe grumpy.
On the front it is the useless black inserts in the front bumper cover assembly that messes it up. The back looks like a angry samurai.
Does it look like this to you?
The Escape is a huge seller, one of the biggest selling CUVs in the world. Which tells me a lot of people do not actually look at what they drive.
