What should I pre-order!? (Ps4)?

Ok I have 4 games I want but only can get one of them. Here they are : Bloodbourne, Mortal Kombat X, The Witcher 3, or Borderlands The Handsome Collection?

    I would get Witcher 3 just my preference though
