2006 impala what is the side molding on the doors called (that line on the doors)?
bought a 2006 impala and the side moldin on the door is broke and I wanna replace it but not sure how to search it to replace it

Guess what? It's called a molding. Just go to the guy that stands behind the parts counter at the chevrolet dealer. He can order the molding and have it in a few days. The dealer parts like this are just as cheap and often cheaper as anywhere else and you will know its right because its guaranteed right. Probably even slap it on for you at no charge.
Online is big time real bad idea. Probably not going to find it anyway.
