The ONLY one who has actually done ANYTHING worthwhile is Boyen Slat.
Note how Boyen is actually working on a known problem and a fix to the problem. Meanwhile all the others you mention are doing nothing but scare-mongering. And teh results of their scaremongering?
Well let's see.
We have the ethanol mandate that in no way reduces CO2 emissions, but does have the added benefit of using 4.9 billion bushels of corn a year to make ethanol, increase food prices both in the US and the world (as the US is the biggest exporter of food). Nice little side note. Charities have a bit of trouble actually feeding people when their costs increase like this.
Also we have the Wordl bank that actually has the audacity topraise their action of stopping loans to third world countries for coal power plants. ONE source of deaths caused by lack of electricity is seen in the 4 million people a year that DIE from respiratory problem from heating their hovels with dung and other solid fuels.
Plastioc in the oceans is a problem. BUT, I am going to take a wild guess here... My guess is that whatever plans they come up with to get the plastic out of the oceans will create more CO2. In fact, lets talk about how different these problems are. Plasitc in the oceans would actually decrease warming. Why? Because those plastic bottles are more reflective than the ocean water. Is our case going to be that we should leave it for fear of warming the planet more???

Is this a goose stepping brown shirt award? If so, then I would pick Holdren but Cook is close behind. They are pretty much marching lock step. Pope Francis is a useful idiot but then again it is hard not to compare him to a great pope, Pope John Paul. I have nothing bad to say about Boyen but he wouldn't win an award like that unless he demonstrated more allegiance to the Cause.

You can paint a red apple blue as many times as you want, but the apple is still red.
Giving awards in any endeavor takes careful weighing of the supporting evidence against the detrimental evidence. Just because the weasel saved a few chickens from a burning chicken house doesn't mean that we give him the keys to the front door of the new chicken house. You have to be careful of who you give the keys to.
Global Warming/Climate Change advocates have bet their life savings on the "idea" that CO2 increases are detrimental to society as a whole. The facts speak differently, but the advocates are blind to any prevailing evidence against their idealistic viewpoint.
Barack Obama was handed the Nobel Prize for doing absolutely nothing and Al Gore has also had a Nobel Prize handed to him for an erroneous Global Warming/Climate Change presentation. Giving "prizes" to people for their idealism is laughable.
There's absolutely no trust from me for "Acedemia Nuts" (or is it Academy Nuts?) like John Cook, who think they know more than anyone else and try and justify their existence by producing even more Bad Science (coloring the apple blue again).

Rush Limbaugh or Lord Monckton!
Quote by John Holdren, President Obama's science czar: “A massive campaign must be launched to restore a high-quality environment in North America and to de-develop the United States...De-development means bringing our economic system (especially patterns of consumption) into line with the realities of ecology and the global resource situation...Redistribution of wealth both within and among nations is absolutely essential, if a decent life is to be provided for every human being."
That doesn't sound environmental to me.
Quote by John Holdren, President Obama's science czar: "There exists ample authority under which population growth could be regulated...It has been concluded that compulsory population-control laws, even including laws requiring compulsory abortion, could be sustained under the existing Constitution if the population crisis became sufficiently severe to endanger the society."
Sounds like he should be in the Communist Hall of Fame.

John Holdren would come last, and Nazi cross dresser John Cook second last inmy opinion
Crackpot Holdren went on to propose even more extreme measures in his next book, also co-authored with the Ehrlichs. Called Ecoscience, this 1977 book endorsed compulsory abortion, mass sterilization, child abduction, the sterilization and abortion of undesirables, and a “Planetary Regime” with the power to dictate life and death to Americans. I am not making this up,
John Cook

1,2 and 4 deserve to be locked up not rewarded. I suppose by default my vote goes to 3
