Is it possible for a student from grades 8-10 to get microsoft office for free?

My trial is running out and I need to know.

    legally no but you should check out libreOffice which is a open sourced alternative to Microsoft Office

    My school district offers it. You should check yours, maybe they have a similar offer. Or get a free alternative.

    Contact the IT department at your school. There are usually deals to be had.
