does taking medication help you talk more?

Do you get what I mean? I'm very shy, quiet, anti-social and need help "talking". What should I do?

*I've never been close to anyone ever in my life

*Very cold on the inside

So I was thinking why not tell me doctor and maybe he can prescribe me with something???

What do you guys think?

Update:

Are there medications that help you talk more?

absolutly not, i was the same way!, still am until the ice has been broken, your a good listener, i,m betting, let the interested party bring it out of you , it will happen naturally, don,t ever rely on false ness, pills for one are just what doctors want you to ask of them!,then your addicted and your not who you really are, and when the truth comes out you won,t have anyone to talk too .hell i help you through it , but do not go to a doctor
