Tivo Romieo - $49 Best Buy - How to set up?
I was in Best Buy to pick up "Hero 6" & spotted the Tivo Romieo on a shelf. The sticker said $49. This was declared one of the Best antenna DVR's available at at $200 price point.
(If you ever wanted to cut the cable or use a DVR on your antenna - go buy one NOW).
The box clearly says it needs a $15/month subscription for the program guide. But - this is the secret-sauce for DVR's, a good EPG.
Now - www.antennaweb.org says I cannot get antenna signals where I live. But any advice for trying it anyway?
NOTE: This question is more about telling people about the huge price-drop at BB.

To set it up you need to connect it to your wifi or your phone line and follow the on screen directions. If it turns out you have no over the air signals, you can just cancel your subscription. You need a good outside antenna in most areas to get a digital signal if you are more than 40 miles from the stations. I live 40 miles away from the city in chilly region, even with a good antenna signal quality is poor to very poor and not usable.
