I just took my driving test and the instructor failed me. This was because while I was making a right turn the instructor told me to switch lanes into the left turn lane. I made sure there were no cars, when it was safe I made the lane change. All of a sudden, a car comes down a hill way over the speed limit. While the driver approached me, he honked at me prompting the instructor to fail me because he said "I didn't go fast enough and I cut off the oncoming driver". I was already in the left turn lane when the car honked at me. The driver was honking in the same lane as me. Another thing the instructor said that "I should have sped up since it's a 45 mph zone". I can't do that because the lane change was less than 10 feet. I have to slow down in order to make the lane change. He said that if I can't make the left turn then he would re-route me, which is complete bs because they fail you if you don't follow their directions.
Does anyone know if I can dispute my driving results?
