need help getting rid of malware?

Question

I keep getting a pop up sometimes when I open a new window, I'm using Firefox, with a voice saying I have a virus and to call this number, it said the pop up is from newgetsetshop.net but I can't fine much info on it. I have run AVG and malwarebytes and they both found nothing

Try AdwCleaner and, if the pop-ups persist, SuperAntiSpyware.

Another excellent utility is HitmanPro.  Although it's commercial software, you may perform a scan and, if malware is detected, will receive a free 30-day license to remove the threats.

Don't ignore it.  I had a warning pop-up about a site I have used for years, and eventually it was dealt with.  It now works like I remember it.  Be patient, and let the site admin deal with it.

run malwarebytes free 
run adwarecleaner from http://bleeepingcomputer.com only   -----    install mywot.com for firefox - is free and saves ur ***

check your installed programs it might be a spyware installed.
