How to search for pitbull friendly condos or townhomes?
looking to purchase a condo in tampa, fl, but having a hard time because I have a pitbull....any websites? realtors? input? I cannot afford to purchase a home right now.

Not likely to find one. Private homes are often the only place to allow a pit bull. Buying a house if anything may be cheaper than a condo once you add in the extra fees.

A condo will be just as expensive as a house once you add the monthly condo association fees on top of the mortgage payment.
To answer your question, unfortunately you are not going to find a condo comp;ex that will accept pits or any other "dangerous breed." Their insurance (and your homeowner's insurnce) does not allow dangerous breeds on the property.

Sad, but if you cannot afford to buy a home, maybe you should reconsider renting an apartment or a townhome. You may find a home to rent that would accept your pit, but it may be in a less desirable area.
