Need help getting my Driver's Permit in MN, what's the best way?

I'm not a very intelligent person, I've always struggled learning things. I do have some brain damage. I've been trying my best studying the MN state Driver's Manual for quite awhile now. But it's very difficult for me to retain much information. Whenever I take the practice test online I always fail it. I feel like maybe this isn't the right way for me personally to learn this stuff. So, what would you recommend?
