How do I stop feeling guilty over quitting the model un?

I stayed for 3 months and I didn't enjoy it at all. I actually dreaded it. The professor incriminated me too and it was affecting me because I kept getting panic attacks each time I went to a meeting. Even though I knew it was best for me in the long run to quit I still feel guilty because it's a good opportunity. I really want to put my feelings at rest and stop feeling regret!!

Its a good opportunity for others who want to pursue being a model as a career/do or die.

It sounds like though it's a nice side interest without the pressure it would be great.

    1. Don't feel guilty, now that you stepped down, someone else who is really desiring this can step in your place.I think it shows great maturity to end a situation that is not working out.

    2. Pat yourself on the back that you know how to decide when that decision is a hard decision to make.

    3. You have learned to listen to your inner needs, you and have great respect for honoring your happiness. Most people can't face the facts and do what is right, but you can.

4.knowing where you dont want to be brings you one step closer to where you need to be.

    5. I think its great that you are sticking up for your self to not be pressured. You know you have anxitey which can bring on depression or the like and it takes wise person to know thy self and put your self in a healthier situation for you.

    6. The facts: did you know that most college students end up changing their major many times before they settle down for the right one? well this might not be college but you are doing what everyone else has done. you are testing the waters here and there to see where you really do belong.

You have every right to change your mind. to do what is right for you. to know your self to know where you don't want to be.

you did the right thing leaving a situation behind that doesn't suit you.

to me you did a great job

Don't feel guilty about that. Sometimes we all have to rid ourselves of negative time drains, something this was to you.
