I've jail broken my ipad 1 but still get ios 7 or 8.How can I get those operating system on the ipad 1?

You can't.
They are not supported. Which means they don't work...
You need to upgrade your hardware - an iPad 1 is ancient these days. It is not upgradeable. You are stuck with that hardware.
