    Curry because he is probably the best all around 3 point shooter in history. Because he's not just a catch and shoot guy he shoots most of his threes off the dribble and still shoots a higher percentage than Allen or miller.

    Steph Curry. So far, his career 3-point % is better than Ray Allen and Reggie Miller's. Curry is not just a catch and shoot player either: he creates his own shot much better than Ray Allen and Reggie Miller could.
