Why does Yahoo not sanction serial abusers who perpetrate deliberate, concerted, personal attacks against high-quality contributors?

    Probably for the same reason they let people answer questions "anonymously".

    And why they allow anyone to change the category of a question. (I found this one under travel-Vietnam- Ho Chi Minh )

    And why they allow people to continually make new accounts when they have been suspended.

    They just don't give a shlt.

    I think the Great Yahoo has gotten too big to police the negative actions of those who must not be named so it has decided to allow those who participate to police themselves.

    Makes things a lot harder for the good guys/gals.
