why am i dumb?

My frends r olways calling me dumb because I don't understand a lot. I get confuse so easy and I struggle with maths and speling the most.

In primary (I in yr7 naw) it was easy n I woz top set n undurstand evreythin but now I don't. There was a girl who was dislexic in class so we was 2 ways. I nevur undurstand the 1st time witch was 4 evreywun exept her. The 2nd time I do n it was for her.

I don't undurstand fracshons, parallel lines, speling, language tecniques, algebra, equations ect. In maths the only thing I no is add and minus I get it rong 4/10 time thow and I only no my :1,2,3,0,5,9,10,11 time tables. I hav tries forevur but I cant do it.

Pepol make fun of me n I want two no wot is rong or am I just Dum because I feel so bad bout myself n evreywun says I am lazy n daydream but I only get fixated on words (quick often) wen I daydream. I try my hardest in evreythin but they still think I am lazy.

Wot is rong with me am I Realy just dumb ???
