Can someone translate this to Japanese for me?

Question

I am trying to contact a company, but they're not replying to my English emails since they probably don't speak English or don't care about foreign fans (both are very likely) so I was hoping that someone could translate my email into Japanese so I could send it to them in their own language? 
What I need translated is:

Dear sir/madam,

I have a question regarding regestering on this website. I have noticed that fans who live outside of Japan cannot register on your website, and therefore can't buy any of your products. It has come to my attention that this happens a lot of times (when buying concert tickets, signing up as a member of the official fanclub, and now here) non-Japanese fans, such as European or American fans, are left out. It hurts to not be able to buy these amazing items or be a part of the fanclub and support an artist we love, simply because we're foreign. 
Because of this, I ask you if you could make it possible for fans outside of Japan to register and log in on this website, so we can also enjoy the amazing items you sell.
