Health care covers 8 month last year, is it subjected to fine?
because of administrative wrong and travel overseas, and not enrolled in health care before may 2014.
What lines in 1040A form to fill it? is the fine still $95 ?

8 months is 3/4 and I believe there is an allowance for not having insurance for a part of the year due to problems with enrollment
