whats the best website to file a complaint about a business that sold me non functioning device and wont respond to make it right?

    BBB makes there money from participant businesses. I've found them to be far less than helpful. You may want to start there though by opening a complaint. It'll at least get the company's attention.

    try BBB.org though i am not a fan of them. they turned me down before.
