Which is better for gaming?
I have Processor:Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-3220 CPU @ 3.30GHzGraphics card: ATI Radeon HD 5450 but i runs like assassin's creed 4 in very low fps after turning down all setting's it still runs some low and other games too and more games like watch dogs,assassin's creed rouge , unity,ETC so should i buy PS4 OR PS3 OR UPGRADE MY PC i check my many games through Can i run it on : http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri so it can check that which game can run on my pc and on low or high quality

If I were to give you the best option for gaming I'd say a Desktop PC.
I'd say this because if has a lower chance of overheating in comparison of a laptop and likely has a higher lifespan too.
Reasons being that you can modify the gaming machine to your needs and use whatever services you desire, however steam gives some pretty good deals.
Moreover if you do enough research, PC gaming can also give you better results for your money.
(However if you want convience of a user friendly gaming experience I'd say PS4 or XBOX ONE, however PS4 might have better options when it comes to what you get for your money. Such as paying $10 less each year for playstation plus compression to XBOX LIVE. )
One thing to remember is that Microsoft (The owners of XBOX ONE) sometimes integrates some pretty cool options to their things.
