How can I get my phone and Ipad back from my mom?

My mom took my phone and ipad away because of

1 two Ds on my report card

2 bad attitude to my science teacher

3 fooling around during my tutor sessions

I have apologized and have tried to do better but she still says I have to wait 2 weeks at minimum and it could be until September depending on my behavior I dont know what to do and I need my phone for numeros reasons along with my ipad please give me some tips on how I could get it back quicker.

    Do loads of jobs around the house like washing the dishes or something
