Meth makes people look older than they really are because meth beats up your body from the inside and out from the inside it can cause cancer or diseases and can stop your organs from functioning correctly and from the out you look older simply because your body is getting beat up and worn out from the abuse its getting and why people that do meth also don't live very long because of the abuse your body has been dealing with for as long as you have been taking meth.

Meth aggravates the symptoms of acne. In addition, it gives the sensation that bugs are crawling under the skin, leading users to pick at their faces. The combination of these two effects leads to facial sores.

Meth also suppresses appetite while speeding up metabolism. Meth users lose a lot of weight, and this includes facial muscle and fat, leading to a skeletal appearance.

Meth mouth is caused by a number of factors...constant dry mouth, cravings for sugar, loss of blood flow to the gums, and poor oral hygiene. All these things together cause severe tooth decay and tooth loss.
