I am going to upgrade my windows 7 to windows 8 by a torrent so i have many games in it and files will it delete and one more thing that can i play the games i have right now one windows 7 in windows 8 and after it can we downgrade if i don't like windows 8 with all files
But will it delete my files i am upgrading to windows 8.1

If you want to upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 8, you have to BUY the Upgrade.
Torrents won't work because you need a LEGAL W 8.1 Activation Code,.
And Microsoft has discovered and disabled all known Torrent-based W 8 Activation Codes.

For one I wouldn't torrent an Operating System.
For two if you install Windows 8 some of the Windows 7 stuff may not work. Not all, but some.
For 3 you probably cannot downgrade once you upgrade. If you try to you would need a Windows 7 disc and would need to back up all of your stuff. It would not be a clean downgrade if you know what I mean.

Bad move.
Really bad move.
Nothing wrong with torrent. There can be a lot wrong with over-witting a working OS with a POS like W8.
But.....its YOUR computer......go for it!
