Is it against the law to grow plants in a public park?
In protest of police brutality/corruption, I'm going to defiantly grow apple trees at the nearest public park, and feed whoever is lucky enough to nab some.

It is not your land. You cannot legally plant anything and without water and care, it will not survive.
