One handed bent over Dumbble row - Am im Destroeying my back?

When i do it then i get the dumbbel to hit my chest, i know is not the "right" way.

but i like it my way.

but my qustion is , du my way destroey my back?

    Normally, when we do this exercise, we support the body weight by placing the unused hand on a bench or something. That way, you won't strain your back. Lift the dumbbell cleanly to chest level, and extend the arm fully when relaxing.
