Yahoo - Having trouble with the "Sign Out" function on the yahoo home page? It disappears when you move your cursor towards it. ?????
I've resolved this by finding a way to sign out. See my own answer below.

I tried 30 or 40 times at least. Finally resolved it by clicking on my profile name and going to my "profile page" and was able to effect the sign off there.

In such cases click on the mail button and when you get into your email account click on the sign out button and then it takes you out of your email account and also your Y!A account and you have effectively signed out of both your Y!A account as well as your email account as the two are linked to some extent.

Try a good cache clean. Also check that your Java and Flash versions are current.

Keep trying, it will stay after a few tries
