Do you think Dwiight Howard will be a Hall of Famer?
I can't remember who said it during the game the other day, I think it was Reggie Miller or Chris Webber, but someone with credit said that Dwight Howard will be a Hall of Famer. Do you think he will be? He's extremely athletic and physically dominant and puts up good numbers, but he doesn't have a lot of skill and is known for having no heart or desire to win. What do you think?

Nope. Howard is turning 30 in December. His potential beast-like Shaq potential should have been seen 3 years ago at least. To put this in a better perspective. I think the difference between Shaq and Dwight is that by Dwight's 3rd year in Orlando he was basically playing like Shaq did in his rookie season and that's not good. I always had high hopes for Dwight. I always believed he could be a 28 & 15 guy. The thing is, I cant place all the blame on him. He plays for the rockets and Im surprised a guy like Kevin McHale doesnt feed Dwight in the post more often but then again how often has Dwight worked on his post game? Spending 1 summer with Hakeem Olajuwon doesnt count. If you placed Dwight Howard in the 90s he wouldn't even crack top 10 for centers because look who you had back in the 90s -- Shaquille O'Neal, David Robinson, Patrick Ewing, Alonzo Mourning, Hakeem Olajuwon, Dikembe Mutombo, Rik Smits, Vlade Divac, Brad Daughtery and Rony Seikaly. D12 is already dealing with knee issues now. Im going to guess and say by the time he's 35 he's going to call it a career and retire. The thing is, Dwight seems like an overall great guy and I think he would be perfect for sports broadcasting. He would be much more entertaining and funnier then Shaq if he got a spot on Inside the NBA. Again im not saying Howard sucks, its just that the Centers have disappeared in this league the upside to that is...you have young centers in the league now like a Towns, Jahil Okafor, Noel, Anthony Davis, Jonas Valacunis, DeMarcus Cousins and others that can ball.

No he's not and it looks like Dwight Howard will never go into the Hall of Fame.I fell he hasn't done enough.

He has definitely underachieved. He hasn't done anything with that body of work. He should of had 3 rings, as far as I'm concerned. The man, as an elite NBA player, has failed.

The basketball HOF takes into account the complete body of work -- college, national teams, NBA, etc. --- he is HOF worthy.
