FMLA Lunch Counted?
When calculating total FMLA hours available, do you count the hours that my employer normally subtracts from my day for lunch 1/2 = 37.5 xanax 12= 450 or is it the basis of the 8 hour day and vice versa when hours are subtracted, are they taking 7.5 away or 8 when it's used intermittently during a call in?

Your work week consists of 37.5 paid hours?
If you call off for a full day, you are counted as off 8 hours. You don't get "extra" time because your work day is .5 hours short of traditional full time.
You might want to lay off the drugs... I believe you have substituted "xanax" for the word "divided by".

It is whatever you were scheduled for the day not including lunches. However many hours would have been on your paycheck is what would be subtracted.
