Yes, he say's he has some kind of disease. An what kind of disease is that?! Tell.. him to get tested, go to the clinic with him, see the results. I'm pretty sure he doesn't since.. you're a troll online. Either way.. it's better safe then sorry.
He probably wants someone to love him for his mind, not his body. He's probably sick of people talking about sex, the body and trying to use him for sex.
Sex is overrated anyways, and I agree with Lee.
