Should I quit baseball if i have an .089 avg and bat 8th and only play outfield and im in 15u?

You should not quit just because you may not get on base as often as your teammates. If you really enjoy the game, you should stick with it. I have a hunch you like playing baseball, but you don't like feeling like you're not as good as your teammates. My suggestion is to either keep with it and enjoy being on the field with your buddies, continuing to try your hardest, or to maybe switch to another team that plays in a less competitive league where you may be one of the better players on the team. You might be happier playing with kids that are closer to your skill level.
Another thing, people might tell you that outfield isn't important, but you'll find out in a couple years that they are very wrong. I wish I were an outfielder myself. It's an awesome position to play.
Keep your head high and know that you can succeed. They say that baseball is 90% mental and 10% physical, so just keep practicing and play with confidence and I'm sure you will be successful. And have fun!!

No man! Just keep trying! You can do what ever you want in life! And if coaches tell you outfield is important, it is! Just believe!
