Fail first probation drug test..?
I got sentenced to 12months probation today and I'm going to get a probation officer tomorrow. I smoked the night before court so I could actually get some sleep and not look like I had a rough morning. Should I tell them im going to fail it? What would happen if I fail it?
I'm in Florida.

Failure is generally grounds for probation revocation meaning you serve your original sentence. Since you have just started your probation they will probably just test you every week until you pee clean before actually starting your probation clock. If you take too long to get clean or fail after you get clean they'll probably revoke you if not they'll add probation time.

You could have taken Benadryl (allergy medication) to help you sleep.
You could have taken Melatonin to help you sleep.
You could have even drank alcohol to relax.
But no, you just had to smoke.
Next time use your brain. Do not make excuses for your behavior.
