Lost car title and registration?

I financed a car about a year ago and am still paying it off. A couple days ago, my house flooded and the backpack with all of my car information and papers that I have gotten since I have had the car were ruined. I cannot tell one document from the next. Can someone please tell me which documents (title, registration, etc.) I need to replace and what steps I must take and what it will cost to do all this in Colorado?

    Fill out this form

https://www.colorado.gov/pacific/sites/default/fil... and apply for a duplicate title. It will cost you $8.20

You can apply for a duplicate registration card at any county motor vehicle office and it will cost another $2.20

You are required to keep a copy of the vehicle registration in the car at all times. Take this copy to DMV and apply for a duplicate title. If you have nothing thy should have computer records to verify registration and ownership. Good Luck
