Under Freddie Roach has enough changed to make him a risk for Floyd?

No version of Cotto, from this point until the end of his career, would beat Mayweather. He could have Ten Roaches in his corner and it wouldn't make a difference. In fact, I think Mayweather would beat him more decisively because he realizes what was missing in the first fight. The added weight won't make a difference at all.

While Floyd is not the speed demon in the mold of Taylor, Camacho or Leonard, he's fast enough to take full advantage of the rather slow Cotto. The difference is that Mayweather makes better use of his speed than even those with faster hands, all of whom could be counted with fingers left over. He's simply too fast and smart for Cotto.

He is is more powerful now, then he was the first time he fought Floyd. I don't know if that would be enough for Cotto to beat Floyd, but he could hurt Floyd, and give him trouble.

Cotto is definitely a better fighter now, I do feel he would beat the runner. Floyd wants an easy fighter with no risk before he retires, so that fight would never happen.

No if it is in Nevada. There s no fighter in Boxing who can beat Floyd Mayweather Jr. in the State of Nevada.

Possibly, but Mayweather at this point in his last couple of fights won't take that fight.
