If Yahweh existed and the stories in the bible were true, shouldn't that be absolutely obvious for everyone ?

Actually, the ONLY thing that separates you (and others) from God is your attitude alone.

To know him, you have to do a couple of things....

One: you have to admit that you are guilty. If you blame others for the things you've done, you are a coward who won't take responsibility for your own crimes. Feeling guilty is a good thing... if you are guilty. It means you're not deluding yourself.

Two: you have to put your suspicions and bias' aside, or you won't learn.

Now... your ego probably has it's back up now.... there's a nasty feeling in you crawling up your back..... because you HATE the thought of learning about things that really matter.

Three: you know deep down you might have to give up some things you love. Until you hate your life, you won't be willing to search for more. Why would you? If you love yourself and what you're doing....

But just so you know.... conforming to the crowd means you're missing something incredible. Something a few of us have found.

Obvious? No.

God remains hidden to most because if he was obvious, you could not choose a relationship.... it would be mandatory. He does not force himself on anyone. Forced love is not love: it's rape.

Flawed human logic won't compare to the wisdom that comes from above.When wicked man is long gone Jehovah God will be here still blessing His obedient ones. No matter what man says Jah's laws and principles will stand forever. He has said and done what He wanted to and in the end His patience will grow out and He will vindicate His sovereignty and cleanse the earth of all wickedness and bless His loyal faithful servants with everlasting life on a paradise earth.

The truth about God, that he exists and created all things, has been manifest all over the earth for humans to see, but that is not the point of all of this. It is about what a person chooses to accept and act upon.

For instance, it is quite obvious to Satan that he was wrong by thinking that humans can live without God, but he is increasing his evil influence all over the earth. And he will continue to do so until he is thrown into the abyss Revelation 20:1-3

Similarly, sometimes people also act contrary to clear evidence and logic, denying the existence of God, because doing so allows them to disregard his principles and standards.

The truth is, his existence IS obvious to everyone who sincerely wants a relationship with the Creator, but it is not obvious at all to anyone who does not want a relationship. You have to recognize that our Creator is a lot smarter than we are, and he knows us.

Jesus fulfilled over 300 prophecies - some recorded in excess of 1200 years prior with no mistakes and no prophecies left unfulfilled.

The mathematical probability of Jesus fulfilling only 48 is 10 to the 157 power... 10x10x10x10 157 times.

Only God can do that.

The problem isn’t with the evidence. It’s with the atheists.

There are two things all atheists have in common. One of course is a disbelief in God. The second is an inconsistency when it comes to circumstantial evidence. Atheists have no problem whatsoever believing in things that they cannot see and never will see such as black holes, electron orbitals, and the newest, dark matter and dark energy solely based on circumstantial evidence that they are told supports their existence. However, when it comes to God, only seeing is believing.

And when presented with overwhelming circumstantial evidence for God’s existence, in desperation they can always resort to their last-ditch, when-all-else-fails ad hoc “God of the gaps” rescue device: “I don’t know how all that happened, but someday scientists will figure it all out. Just because we don’t know something does not mean God exists”.

Their hope is that others will not notice the obvious inconsistency so that they appear to be objective rationalists, when in fact, they are intellectual hypocrites that God and others see right through.

“because that which is known of God is revealed in them, for God revealed it to them. For the invisible things of him since the creation of the world are clearly seen, being perceived through the things that are made, even his everlasting power and divinity; that they may be without excuse” (Rom 1:19-20).

You have to give God credit for providing the evidence in such a way as to obviously expose and filter out those who are intellectually dishonest.

The stories in the bile ARE true! A snake talked, a bush talked, a mule talked, a virgin gave birth, a man had strength in his hair, bats are birds, insects have 4 legs, there was a 7-headed dragon and Jonah lived in a fish for 3 days.

Obvious also are today's competitions (not peaceful) between different religions.

Obvious also is that all religions are perpetuated by charlatans. To them It's all about money. It's always been all about money! Tax free money!

Why can't people see this?

If they were true the descendents of Noah would not have branched off and created so many new religions so quickly.

Obviously not, since they are true and that is not obvious to everyone.

The only thing that is necessary is that we find a desire for God within us and to honestly seek Him.
