Can some one tell me if its legal for Texas Workers Comp to force someone to work for another company while under light duty orders?

Update:

By forced I mean that she is being told that since she is on light duty work she can work for another company and if she doesnt she will be denied workers comp

Update 2:

The workers comp insurance is telling her she has to go work for this other company that they are telling her to go to since she cant do her regular job and is on light duty

Update 3:

Workers comp actually set up an interview for her with totally different company and told her she had to go to it

No, they cannot force you to. If they do not have light duty work for you and are asking you to work for another company that has light duty, while you have the choice and can do it if you wish, you can refuse.
