B)The resistance of the stove’s elements is 9.31 Ω. What rms current flows through it? Answer in units of A.

    A)

    Peak (max.) voltage = RMS voltage x √2

    So: max. voltage = 250 x √2 = 354V

    Irms = Vrms / R

    . . . . = 250 / 9.31

    . . . . = 26.9A
