What type of Asian handwriting is on the bottom of this container, and what does it say?
Its some type of container i got at a Garage sale and would like to know how much its worth, the writing on the bottom of it could help me greatly. Not sure if the picture is upside down or not sorry if it is.
P.S.
Please don't get offended by the word "Asian" it could be in Hindi for all i know. When it comes to detecting foreign languages i'm pretty much oblivious.

That is undoubtedly Chinese. If you want to know what it says I would post this same picture in the Languages section (under Society & Culture) and ask for a translation. I can decipher that the word in the center means water and the very last word means old, but otherwise my Chinese reading skills suck.
PS- a better word than "handwriting" would be which "script." (:
