How come my computer keeps saying it has a virus and McAfee say there isn't any virus?

It could be a few things. Different virus definitions are updated by the companies of these anti-virus software. So as one will say you have some, others won't because they don't know about it. Take it from me, if it's from a software company you trust, remove the virus. If it's some fake adware popping up saying you have one (trying to get you to download their items), and you really don't by trusted programs, then don't worry. Would be nice to know what you meant by your computer saying you had a virus.

The message you get is spam, intended by the criminal who runs it to persuade you to part with your cash!
